A blend of New York corn & rye and aged 2 years, this whiskey is smooth, bright, and full of local character. The corn brings warm, honeyed grain notes while the rye adds a clean, peppery finish—an easygoing Brooklyn whiskey built for everyday moments.
Maker's NotesI love the balance here—corn for softness, rye for a little spark. Those two years in the barrel pull it all together. My go-to pour is an Old Fashioned with just an orange peel.
